  1. Yes revenge is sweet but it usually ends up biting your tushy in the end. Although violence is often funner and makes you feel a lot better it is almost always better to have a more peaceful means than revenge to solve your problem.

  2. I do agree that revenge is sweet, but only for a while. Afterwards it usually causes remorse. I don't think that violence is more fun. Violence just amkes me angrier. I prefer peace over violence.

  3. I feel that there can be sitautions where it is okay to kill another human being. If they killed your mother, father, brother, sister, wife, or husband purposefully and wanted them to die then i feel that the murderer should be killed. If it was an accident such as a car wreck and the person was drunk they still should not be killed because their intentions were not to kill them. If the intention was to kill them than they deserve death.

  4. Even though I feel hatred I do agree it is a useless emotion. Nothing good ever comes of it. It works best to just ignore the feeling and try to find at least one thing to like in what you feel hatred for.

  5. I do not believe that anyone is really evil. Usually that person has a reason for their actions. Even Hitler thought he was helping society although he may be one of the most evil person to ever walk the earth in some of our eyes.

  6. There is no such thing as pure evil. When people are born they are not evil. As people grow up there is always a root of goodness. Sometimes it is too deep to be accessible, it is still there.

  7. It is wrong to kill a human being for any reason. I believe even for revenge, an accident,or politics no human has the authority to declare someone else unworhty to live. It's just not a judgement I think we, as humans have the right to make. Even if someone was a murderer, killing him is the same thing as murder.

  8. I believe that in order for people to change, hatred is a necessary emotion. If others didnt feel hate or didnt dislike something than people would never feel the need to change. People change the way they act according to the respnse they get from the people around them. If a kid hit somone and called them names everytime they saw them and the person didnt feel negative emotions towards them then there would be no consequence for that person's actions. Hatred is necessary for people to adapt.

  9. I personally believe that people can be truly evil. Hitler may have thought that his actions were for the good of the world, but that does not make his actions any less evil. Evil has a clear defintion, sinful and wicked.

  10. It is wrong to kill another human being only because it would hurt the people around them more than it would hurt them. There would be no point if one's purpose was to "make someone pay" beucase once they are dead how are the able to "pay"? If violence is key to taking sweet revenge I would suggest Chinese water torture with mustard in the place of water.

  11. I don't beleive that hate is a useless emotion, if it was people wouldn't hate. I am all for peace and such, but it is unrealistic, and the idea for a peaceful utopia is never going to happen. Hate does spark change, and that change is sometimes for the better.

  12. Revenge is only sweet when the victim changes for the better. Revenge is not sweet when a person makes another's life a living hell for making fun of them. Revenge would be sweet if in five years the mean person felt daily remorse and went into a career to help bullied kids...just an idea :)
