Once he left Wuthering Heights Heathcliff did not know where he was going to go. He took off towards Gimmerton in hopes of finding somewhere to stay the night. As he was walking along the mud trodden path he heard the approach of a carriage. The carriage stopped and out came a dark stranger.
Yeah this is going to be more complicated than I thought good idea Kyla. Kelly and I both wrote a beginning so lets just make multiple stories and add on to each others maybe?
~~~Alternate beginning 2~~~~ Heathcliff looked up at the dreary, dark sky and thought it was the perfect setting for his mood. If Cathy thought the snotty Edgar was better than him he would show her just how terrible he could really be. He ran and ran for miles in the muck and mud towards what he did not know. He collapsed and as he looked up he saw..
Heathcliff approached this dark stranger and asked for a name. The stranger said his name was Phil, and he had a room for Heathcliff to stay in. Although he had a strange name, Phil seemed like a nice enough guy so Heathcliff tagged along with him.
Kelly's 3- After 3 hours in the carriage Heathcliff and Phil ended up at a large estate. When they went inside Phil directed Heathcliff to his room. When he went in he was surprised when he saw...
Continuing on Kelly's.. he saw a large water bed and a 45 inch flat screen television. Obviously this surprised Heathcliff, who had never seen these new-fangled contraptions, so he ran from the room assuming Phil to be a witch.
Kelly 4- Dead bodies all over the room. There were bodies on the bed, on the floor and skeletons in the closet. When Heathcliff looked to Phil in shocked Phil cooly responded "Oh yeah, about that..."
Okay, new plan. Everybody should stagger their posts so we don't have overlapping stories. Kelly can go first, Kyla second, Dea third and I'll go fourth. Deal?
Dea 2 He saw a large, dark, riderless horse. Taking this as a sign he mounted the horse and took off at a gallop away from the heartbreak that was Wuthering Heights.
As he kept riding he ended up at a small village. He dismounted and walked around the town looking for a place to stay the night. He walked into the local bar and was approached by..
A man in a long dark cloak. He was a little scruffy, and he smelled like death but he seemed like he would do nicely for Heathcliff's plan of doom and evil. He turned to him and said "Hello. My name is Phil. I do not know who you are but I have been looking for someone who can do something for me and I believe that person is you..."
"... I need you to come move in with me. I have been having trouble with the care taking of my home and animals. There will be a reward, of course. What do you say? Are you willing to help me?" Heathcliff took a step back, unsure what to do. His plans of doom and evil may need to be postponed, but he was unsure what to do...
On one hand, Heathcliff is neither a maid nor a veterinarian. On the other, he could use a roommate. He stepped back up to the plate and said "I'll do it, but on one condition." Heathcliff took a long deep breath and said..
"You make me the beneficiary of your will so I may access your fortune." Phil thought carefully for a moment an answered "Yes but why is it so important for you to access this money? I am providing you with a home." At this Heathcliff replied....
"The love of my life was stolen from me. In order to get her back and to be worthy of her love I must become rich." Phil thought for a moment and decided that this deal could work. They then got onto their horses and rode to his house. When they got there Heathcliff thought to himself...
As soon as he signs the will over to me, I will murder him. And so he did. But Heathcliff was soon to discover that Phil didn't have much estate. Heathcliff took his money and decided to invest in the delightfully wicked business of..
...deceit. He formed a plan to pretend to be a kind, gentle being who would be willing to help anyone, especially people who were lonely, like Phil. He decided from then on, that he would gain as much money as he possibly could in this fashion without getting caught. However, a plan like this could only work for so long...
which is why he decided that he would get his real estate license and fall back on that after his grand scheme was over. He could flip Phil's old estate, sell it for twice it's cost, make a pretty penny, and shove it in Cathy's face..
Heathcliff relished at the thought of Cathy's face when he would comeback a richer man. He thought of it daily as he grew wealthier and wealthier. His plans were almost ruined when..
A stranger moved to town and was suspicious of Heathcliff. Seeing this stranger as a threat he confronted him in town one day. He walked up to him and said....
**Editor's Note: I was getting sort of bored with our story so I decided to add a little spice to it
"I know what you are up to. If you don't join me in my business of selling opium to little old ladies I will ruin you." Heathcliff, who was planning on investing his money in the cathouse, sprung into action and karate chopped the stranger's neck. The stranger grabbed out a sword and then he and Heathcliff battled it out to the death. Being evenly matched, they decided to call a draw and become business partners in the creation of a gentleman's club. Heathcliff wanted to get back to Cathy though so he decided to..
...sneak out quietly. He sold his part of the gentleman's club to a very wealthy man at a very high price. This brought him up to par with what he thought Cathy wanted. He tried to clean himself as best as he could and planned his return to see his darling Cathy once more.
Chapter 9 1/2: Heathcliff embarks on a wondrous journey to South Africa. It takes a great deal of hitchhiking to get there. Once he arrives, he meets the great grandfather of Nelson Mandela. Interesting, to think that Heathcliff knew Nelson Mandela's great grandpa.
Anyway, I digress. Heathcliff next learns how to grow special South African crops from local South African farmers. Within a year he has roughly one butt load of South African crop. "Time to sell!" screams Heathcliff as he stands alone in his field.
In his second year away from home, Heathcliff leaves South Africa and rides his pet elephant north to Egypt. Here he finds a very hungry but somehow wealthy gang of Egyptians. Upon learning of their standing, Heathcliff approaches the leader of the gang, King Harry the Pharaoh, and offers him all of his South African crop for all of their wealth. King Harry ponders...
"Te gusta más el auga o la pimienta?" says King Harry. "That must be Egyptian for 'deal'" figures ye ole Heathcliff. So, just like that, Heathcliff is a wealthy man. It takes him like a year and a half to get back to Wuthering Heights because he gets hopelessly lost in the Marias River.
I have an idea. One person should start and then stop somewhere dramatic and then someone else pick up where they left off.
ReplyDeleteAlright somebody start this off right, because I have no idea what is happening in chapter 9 (or any of the chapters for that matter.)
ReplyDeleteI can start give me a minute.
ReplyDeleteMaybe we should number our posts so we can keep them in order..
